Rousseau Metal Inc. consents to the initial buyer of its products, a one year guarantee, starting at the invoice date, and that Rousseau manufactured products will be free from defects.
The Rousseau guarantee does not cover damage caused by overloading of the products, abusive use, incorrect or negligent use, damage from poorly installed products, nor damage due to use that does not conform to the recommendations outlined in Rousseau documents.
At the sole discretion of Rousseau, defective parts will be replaced or repaired and this, in the best time delay possible . |
