Product Warranty
All Platt cases are under warranty against manufacturing defects, under
normal use, for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Any
defect, which is a result of faulty workmanship or materials will be
repaired and returned free of charge. When, in our judgment, damage is
caused by misuse or the guarantee period has expired, we will repair, if
practical, for a reasonable charge. If damage is caused by common
carrier abuse or airline mishandling, claim must be made with that
carrier. Determination of suitability of product for uses and
applications contemplated by Buyer shall be at the sole responsibility
of Buyer.
