Return Policy

We know that occasionally an order might be placed in error or in rare instances you might receive a defective or damaged product. Our goal is to treat our customers as we ourselves expect to be treated. Only new unused products are eligible for return.

Once a damaged or defective product has been reported to us, you have 7 business days to ship the item back to us. Please use the same shipping method in which the item was received, to expedite the return. Once we receive the damaged or defective item back, we will evaluate the damage and ship a new item out to you. 

The best way to avoid a return is to make an informed decision. This is why we post an extensive description, and dimensions for each item. PLEASE double check dimensions before ordering an item. If you have questions, we are always a click or call away. Because our products are offered with free shipping, please be aware that if you return a product our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.  And sometimes we will have to deduct from 15 to 20% restocking fee depending which item it is to be returned (Sorry!). Customer is responsible for sending the merchandise back in the same condition as received, and with the original packaging, documents and other parts included. 

We highly recommend insuring all return to our warehouse. Damage occurring during the transit to us, is the customer's responsibility. 

Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.

If the return is a result of our error, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.

As a rule all returns are to be sent to the manufacturer directly. Unless we make arrangements by e-mail between an All Time Tools customer service specialist and our customer.

We make every effort to ensure our products are packed well. We expect that if customer returns an item, is packed in the same or better way to preserve merchandise. 

If an item gets damaged in the transit back to us, customer is responsible for filing a claim with the company used.

No merchandise may be returned without prior written authorization of All Time Credit for returned merchandise shall be issued at net prices paid, from which we may deduct the following charges: incoming and outgoing freight charges; a 15% restocking charge; reasonable charges to recondition the merchandise, if necessary, to put the items in saleable condition. No merchandise may be returned after 30 days. No exceptions, sorry. Products must be returned in original package, in the condition as received with all documentation.

Clearance Items Return Information

Items in the clearance section are usually open items or return items, and these items will probably show some wear due to the result of the item being previously shipped.

When will I get my money back after a return?

After a product is returned, we will receive it in a couple of days depending on what method our customer used to return it. After this, we will inspection the merchandise (to see if it shows signs of wear).. This can take up to 3 business days. After this, you will be informed of the return, and the money will be refunded. 

**Please note, as with any credit card or bank transaction, the refunded money might take 4 to 5 business days (excludes Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays) to appear in your online statement**

** Refunds are for the cost of the product only. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable**
