The regular business hours of All Time Tools.com are from 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Monday to Friday (Central Standard Time). Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will not be processed for shipment until the next business day. We will gladly exchange any damaged or defective products. Inspect the merchandise upon receipt and notify us immediately in the event of any problem. All Merchandise shipped to customers will be sent by UPS GROUND, unless the Customer pays for the additional cost for faster service. Some items will ship via FEDEX, LTL Freight, or by U.S. Postal Service.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.
** Please note there will be extra shipping charges to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and Canada. **
Please note, when we ship to Canada, customer is responsible for paying duties and taxes associated with the transaction.
The average delivery times that are posted on our website are only for orders that are shipping within the contiguous United States. Most orders shipping to Canada will increase transit time due to customs inspection and further distance from the supplier distribution centers.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Every product on our site has an estimated Lead Time - the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment at the warehouse. To provide you with the greatest selection on the internet, we ship from warehouses all over the country. Each lead time varies based on many different factors. Some warehouses stock items that can be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Others items require a longer time (e.g. 2-4 weeks). Each product page on our site includes the estimated Lead Time, "Usually ships in ________ ," to give you an idea how quickly your order will leave the warehouse.
Please beware shipping is not the same as delivering an item. I.E. "We ship in 1-2 business day" means that we will send the item in 1 or 2 business days. But after that it will take more days for you to receive the item (depending on the method selected)
What happens if I made a mistake on the address and the item already shipped?
This is a very important issue. We encourage our customers to review the address twice before placing the order. If we already shipped your order, and after that you or the freight company notify us of the mistake, you will be charged again for re-shipping the item.
Items marked Free Shipping on the product page will ship for free! In order to keep your costs down and our pricing simple, we either provide free ground shipping within the continental United States (Excludes Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and Canada). These will have to pay for shipping.
The price you see in the shopping cart is the price you pay, with one exception: If the item(s) are shipping to Texas, we are required to charge 8.125% sales tax .
What am I responsible for when my item arrives?
You as our valued customer are responsible for fully inspecting the item for any sign of damage upon arrive, and BEFORE signing the bill of lading. If you see or detect any damage, REFUSE the item(s) and specify on the note the reason for this. All returns must be packaged in original packaging to prevent damage on return shipment.
Note: **We don't accept returns after 30 days.. Please make sure to return an item asap if you dont want it. **
We have the right to refuse any order for any reason. You will be notified y e-mail or by phone of the reason.
Missing or Stolen Items
Customer has 7 business days to report a stolen or missing item. After 7 business days, All Time Tools shall not be held responsible for any stolen, broken or missing item . Our UPS ground packages are always insured for $100, if you wish to insure your package for more than $100, we will be more than happy to send a quote for this service. If our customers decide to use our insurance the maximul legal amount we will give back is$100. Please make sure to take the right decision on this matter!
